eBay live support unavailable? Then do they merely non want to talk to anyone anymore?
Having problems with INR case, and it seems impossible to talk to someone equally they are claiming all forms of live support are unavailable? Seems like they are only running away from all this craziness that they helped cause by keeping unrealistic delivery windows and non addressing information technology until it was too late. Anyone else having these issues with eBay seemingly dodge any form of directly communication?

Hey man greatly appreciate that. This morning I tried to do the same matter and it didn't work simply I tried again and their virtual assistant got me through to a existent person inside a few minutes. Information technology seems to vary if information technology'south available based on the fourth dimension for some reason.

It might assistance to know that you may need to choose random options, some of which may not be pertaining to your issue, to even get a callback option. My issue right now just says "live support unavailable". Simply in one case I started clicking other options I could find call back waiting times... hopefully this works for me! I have some doubts...

I'd strongly recommend requesting a callback. They're 100x more helpful than anyone you'll talk to over chat.

Many users asked again and again if they were going to bulk upwardly customer service capacity before the mass Managed Payments conversion, and nosotros're summarily ignored. Predictable results ensued. They don't care since they save money and take a user-friendly covid alibi. As if you tin't have people answer phone calls from home.

I've yet to switch to managed payments and no issues thus far. Working just like earlier. Kickoff to believe they only don't give a fuck.

Always since they switched the appeals squad to the Philippines I have been having all sorts of strange bug! They seem to eventually go fixed if y'all talk to enough people, unless they take already broken EBay'southward own rules for the buyer

Recently its been down, probably because of the shitshow that is managed payments.
I piece of work with an anchor store and have Concierge back up and its been largely unavailable lately but the other mean solar day the chat feature was working, although normally the reps are US based I could tell the person I was talking to wasnt a native english speaker.

Used to have ballast also. With the inability to contact support I've cancelled it.
Did you run the numbers and really notice that information technology was worth it to you? Had information technology for a year or more and not impressed and so I walked away from it.
