Submit a copy of ONE of the following documents as proof of dwelling house address:- Utility pecker, dated within the last 90 days (e.g., telephone, gas, electrical, cable, or h2o) OR
- Current charter or deed OR
- Current rent or mortgage bill OR
- Commuter's license
- Alphabetic character signed by the leaseholder indicating that you live at the address AND

If you are a New York State resident and an honorably discharged veteran who previously held a Full general Vendor license, submit a:- New York Metropolis Vendor Tax Clearance Certificate AND
- New York Land Certificate of Tax Clearance
- Proof of Service-Related Inability (if applicable)
If y'all are a veteran with a service-related disability and would like to apply for the Citywide Specialized vending license (Xanthous) and Midtown Core Zone vending license (Blue), you must:- Submit an original alphabetic character with a signature from the U.S. Department of Veterans Diplomacy (VA) confirming your service-related disability.
- Submit a completed Specialized Vending License/Midtown Core Waiting Listing Application.
